At first glance, it seemed like a decent hotel for a stopover. the room had a big comfy bed and a clean bathroom, and the view from the window was breathtaking. it was located in a bustling area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Our room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and high, end toiletries. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a wide range of luxurious treatments. the swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing, and the in, room breakfast was divine. the restaurant had an excellent menu, including special diet options. the private facilities were also top, notch, adding to our luxurious stay. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains.

The only minor issue we had was the service. With such a high standard in every other aspect, we were surprised to find that the staff were not as attentive as we expected.

The windows didn't open widely, and the view from the window wasn't pleasant. The hotel had poor lighting, and the floors were uneven.
